The way we DEVOURED this entire series is insane! The audiobooks are even better with Gregory Salinas as the MMC & Allyson Voller as the FMC. You don’t have to read the series in order, but they are interconnected and you get to hear about your favorite characters again. Neva has also started a spinoff (Mafia Legacy - Perfectly Imperfect) about the children of the couples from the orignal series. We’re waiting for her to break into the world of Irish mafia now that she has conquered Russian & Italian.
The men in this series are not perfect - as the series title alludes - but they all come back to life with an FMC who challenges them at every turn. These men all have some form of imperfection - physically - so these are not the beautiful, model-like men from modern romance books. There are also some serious age-gaps, so if that isn’t your thing, skip these.
Our favorites include: Broken Whispers(book 2: she’s a mute ballerina and he is single dad/mafia enforcer), Hidden Truths(book 3: she was escaping a traumatic past, he found her and nursed her back to health), Stolen Touches (book 5: she came to his city, he become obsessed - she also loves cute/quirky animals), Silent Lies (book 8: sunshine meets grumpy) & Beautiful Beast (mafia legacy book 1: she’s a hacker and breaks past his security in more ways than one).
